Things I would take to New York with me if I left today

Okay, so in April I will be going to New York for the first time. I do plan on doing a post on what makeup I take with me, but this post is about what I would take with me if I left today. Granted I did choose these like a month ago and just got to doing this post now... sorry. Also, I didn't want to take too many things, as you may see. Oh, and this is with my school, with the band.

Face Things!
Revlon Colorstay Pressed Powder: I actually have never used this yet, I am waiting to finish up my elf correction complection before I start to use this. This is just to slightly mattify my face and to slightly even out my skin tone. Also to set the concealer. For me I am perfectly fine with using stuff like this. I don't really use foundation much, which is why I am not taking any with me.

Revlon Photoready Concealer: This is my go to concealer at the moment, I love this for under the eyes, now I will be perfectly honest and say that this doesn't correct anything so it may not be a one step thing for under the eyes for some people. But it does help improve under my eyes slightly and that is more than nothing :)

Nyx Powder Blush in Peach: This is one of my favorite blushes, it is almost impossible to put too much on. It also looks good with like anything :) For a more in depth review on the color go too my top 5 favorite blushes or whatever that post may be called.

Eyes:

Urban Decay Naked Palette: You all probably know about this palette, this will just give me enough variety to choose from in all the same place.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Cream Shadow in Shimmering Golden Beige: For a nice easy thing to wear, I can wear it alone or under other shadows. If I am in a hurry or lazy I can just resort to this :)

Too Faced Shadow Insurance: I haven't used this yet, I am waiting to use up my mini UDPP before I do. This I am taking to prime my eyes for eye shadow, idk what else to say about it...

Revlon Grow Lusious Mascara: One of my favorite mascaras and I have a backup of it whose time to be used will fall in the around april time.

Lips!

Revlon Colorburst lipstick in Rosy Nude: For when I want a nudish lip with color... easy for everyday

Revlon Just Biten Lipstain: So I can wear this when playing my instrument. Lipstain pens are the only thing I am okay with wearing when playing my flute, mainly cause it doesn't transfer onto the flute.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Lip balm stain in Honey: To add some color, and if I am in the mood. To create options.

Liplicious Lipgloss in Whipped Vanilla: Perfect, easy to wear, everyday lipgloss that smells and tastes amazing

Purlisse lip comfort: So I have chapstick and to use it up. Not in love with it btw.

I also really wanted to do this post to compare with when I do end up going, it will be nice to see what I actually end up taking and what I don't.

Overall Birthday Haul (picture heavy)

VERY PICTURE HEAVY!!!!
Also this was over like 2 months.... and for my birthday

Fancy by Jessica Simpson: This smells wonderful, just like charmed life by bath and body works. I love this scent and I am sorry that I can't describe scents for you...

Ignore the top bottle thing....
I got the elf contour brush because of how much I have been loving my soho brush.
I will tell you more about the blushes down where there is another picture of them...

Burts Bees Tinted Lipbalms in Hibiscus and Red Dahlia: These just give a nice tint to the lips, can't say much about these at the moment.

Sonia Kashuk lip liner in Petal: It is a pretty light pink lip liner and I am sorry for the blurryness of the picture, I couldn't do anything to make it unblurry on my phone... I really need an actual camera.

Revlon Super Lustrious Lipsticks in Coralberry, Blushing Nude, and Temptress: These are all beautiful colors and I think Coralberry may become a favorite of all time!!!

I little pacaging mishap with Temptress

Elf Studio blush in Mellow Mauve: Beautiful slightly deeper color for fair skin. Not so deep for other skin tones.

Sonia Kashuk blush in Flamingo: A beautiful pink! I adore this blush already and I love the packaging, which is magnetic. It makes me want to get more of her blushes.

Essie, Sinful Colors. Butter London, Clairs. Color names will be down below.

Top 5 Lipsticks

Here are my favorite lipsticks at the moment! They most likely will change with time, anyway I hope you like it :)

Revlon Colorburst Lipstick in Rosy Nude: the name says it all, it is a rosy nude color, I love dabbing this on my lips for the prettiest color. I do think that if you put to many layers on it becomes more brown, so unless you like that don't do it.

Revlon Lipbutter in Berry Smoothie: A beautful gorgous berry color, it isn't a dark deep berry color, it is a bit more wearable than that. But I adore this color :)

Tarte Amused: This is a hot pink fushia like color. It is really nice if you like a bit more of a bold like. It feels nice on the lips and I don't find them drying. I don't know if I agree with the price though, so if you like the color and have the extra cash around and like things without parabens and such I suggest this! But if you like the color and aren't willing to spend the price I suggest trying Revlon lipbutter in Lollipop.

Elf Luscious Liquid Lipstick in Ruby Slippers: When on the lips it is less pigmented than this, so it is perfect for everyday wear. I don't know if this is really a liquid lipstick, you can use it just like a gloss. Anyway the color is a light berry on the lips, so if you want something that will add a bit of color to your lips I recommend this, especially for a dollar!

Elf Classy: this is a midtone pink that is perfect for everyday wear, also it only is $1!! But the packaging kinda sucks. You can still twist the lipstick up and down with the cap on so you have to be careful not to smush the lipstick. Also the lipstick will rub against the tube, so some of the lipstick gets shaved off...
